Why We Chose Technogym

In 2010, we started as a general gym liquidator. We handled Life Fitness, Precor, Matrix, and Cybex. But we noticed a pattern: Technogym equipment was different.

When we opened up a 10-year-old Technogym treadmill, the AC motor was still running cool. The Italian wiring harnesses were intact. The aluminum frames didn't rust. It was built like a Ferrari, whereas others were built like fleet trucks.

We decided to pivot. We sold off everything else and dedicated our entire 40,000 sq ft facility to mastering the biomechanics and electronics of one brand. Today, our technicians don't just "fix" machines; they restore them to factory specifications using OEM parts.

The "Remanufacturing" Process

There is a difference between "Used" and what we do.

Strip & Sandblast

We strip the machine down to the bare metal frame. Using industrial sandblasting, we remove old paint, rust, and imperfections, preparing the steel for a brand new finish.

Powder Coating

Frames are electrostatically powder coated and baked at 400°F. This creates a finish that is harder and more durable than standard paint, often better than the original factory coat.

Motor & Drive Rebuild

We don't just clean the motor; we replace the bearings and brushes. We install brand new drive belts and running belts on every single cardio unit.

Console Electronics

Our electronics lab tests the Unity/Visio motherboards. We replace capacitors, update firmware to the latest stable release, and ensure touchscreens are responsive.

New Consumables

Every "touch point" is replaced. New overlays, new buttons, new grips, and brand new custom-stitched upholstery on all strength seats.

Load Testing

The machine runs for 24 hours under load before it is crated. We stress test the inverter and lift motor to ensure zero errors upon arrival.
