Skill Line FAQs

Does the Skillmill have a motor?

No. The Skillmill is powered entirely by the athlete. The curved deck geometry allows you to control the pace by moving forward (accelerate) or backward (decelerate). This recruits more posterior chain muscles than a flat, motorized treadmill.

Can I connect Zwift to the Skillbike?

Yes. The Skillbike is fully ANT+ and Bluetooth compatible and is designed to integrate seamlessly with Zwift, Rouvy, and Strava for virtual riding.

What is "Parachute Mode" on the Skillrun?

Parachute Mode uses the Skillrun's motor to create resistance that simulates the feeling of dragging a parachute behind you. Resistance increases as you run faster, perfect for developing sprint power.
